internet access was expensive, but very slow. The bedding had a strange smell. THe bellhop seemed to be having a bad day.

Overall it's good, but the service is not as good as i expected. service staff are not very enthusiastic and also unskillful. i booked a non-smoking room but was told it's not available when i arrived. receptionist suggested me to try the non-smking rooms on the executive floor but the price is several hundred higher. As Marriott's platinum member, i always got direct free upgrade. but this time they said they have to ask for their leader's permission after i requested, so i had to wait for a long time before they finally agreed. check-in also very slow. hope they can improve.

It seems to be a newly opened hotel, some taxi drivers even didn't know of it. Anyway, it's next to Metro supermarket and you may tell the driver to go to Metro and everybody knows it.

We boooked a deluxe room. It was very big and bright, very satisfying. The only downside is that there was nothing to see outside the window. Although my room is on the 17th floor and it's said to be a lake-view room, but the construction sites outside interferes with the view.

The hotel's service is great. Marriott's management is indeed good and I am very satisfied with their considerate service.

Overall, facilities are great and so is the service. A good variety of options for breakfast though the taste is not that impressive.
