It's a new hotel. Service staff are nice. The third night, we got a free upgrade to an executive room. It's really beyond our expectation and we were very very happy.

The only regret is that we had wanted to buy some pastries in the western restaurant on the ground floor and take them away for breakfast; we waited for a quarter hour but they still didn't make them ready.

The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport was leaving soon, so finally we had to give up and left without breakfast. I hope they may improve their service in the future.

The hotel is quite new and the location is great but the hotel gate is difficult to find. It's not a big hotel. We booked 4 rooms on the 17th floor, an executive floor. The room design and decor are different from traditional hotels, creative and functional.

There is a coffeehouse on our floor and free dim sum and drinks are available there. The hotel also offers free airport drop-off. Service staff are nice. My only complaint would be that it's a little stuffy in the elevator.

Overall, it's a hotel of high value for its higher price in Wuhan. I'll still choose it next time.
