There was a power cut when I was check-in night. Reception told me it would be OK within 5 minutes, but actually I waited for half an hour in the dark.

New Beacon enjoys a good location. Lots of places to shop are close by. There is also a park within walking distances.

Room is big but the design wastes lots of space. The desk is small and reading lamp not available.

This is my second stay here. I booked a deluxe king and got a free upgrade to deluxe suite. It is the first time for me to stay in a suite because I always traveled by myself and stayed in either king or standrd room.

There are 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and the other in the living hall. I like the the large, superior TV in the living hall very much.

The only shortage is that there are always traffic jams because the hotel is located in a bustling area. The taxi driver suggested me to choose a hotel closer to the Yangtze river next time and the transportation might be easier. I'll follow his suggestion next time but if there were no better hotels, I'll still choose this one.

Very nice hotel. I planned to stay in another hotel, but there was no vacancy, so we chose this one, but it's really far beyond my expectation, especially the breakfast, great!
