I stayed there this past august. The room I stayed in for the first night has dirty spots on the ceiling. when I told the staff, they are quite willing to help me change room. but still I think they should improve their service, say, the receptionist should have more smile.

among all the four-star hotels I've ever stayed, this one is bad. The facility is too old, and the room window is not big enough (my room is on 4th floor). The good things are the location, and the staff service.

Not bad. When we checked in, the room was not cleaned up yet. But the staff responded very fast.

bad, bad, bad.
1 Carpet and towel are dirty & ugly.
2 Toilet smells bad.
3 Tea bag seems like has been there for half a century.
4 All the signages are old & dirty.
5 The air-con does not work sometimes during daytime.
6 No clock in the lobby is punctuate!
but the good thing is that service staff would write to apologize....
