The professional service is the highlight. I once stayed in this hotel and next time the receptionist still recognized me. The hotel is complete with modern convenience as free broadband Internet and shuttle service. Each room comes with a safe and mini-fridge. Many berths in the parking lot is another blessing. The downside is the long waiting for a taxi.

I don't want to sound overly critical - because all in all - it not a bad choice. The staff at the conciege desk even remembered my name as i check in for the second time, which made me feel rather warm.

Far from the city center and not easy to get a cab. Staff are not professional and air-con is off for saving budget. No bath robe, no fridge.

The hotel is located close to the extrance and exit of Suzhou Industrial Park of the Huning Expressway. Its location makes this hotel an easy choice for travelers driving out on their own. Free broadband Internet is available in the room.
