It's a sauna center with some guestrooms rather than a hotel. Guests must change slippers to go upstairs, very inconvenient and uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant is cheap and predictably, of very poor quality. Waitresses are polite but unprofessional. Room facilities are poor.
