The Asia Pacific Hotel, located in Beijing's southwestern Tongzhou District, is handy to the city's Fifth and Sixth Ring Roads and Batong Railway Station. It's approximately 25 minutes by car or cab from the city center, traffic permitting.

The hotel offers a bit of a green getaway, featuring pleasant gardens in addition to standard Chinese four-star hotel amenities at quite reasonable rates. A good bet for travelers with business in the area, though Tongzhou itself offers little for tourists beyond typical examples of recent Chinese commercial development. English isn't a particularly strong suit among staff, though they are attentive and helpful.

My parents came to visit me and stayed in this hotel. Facilities are good. Staff are also enthusiastic. But they charged for breakfast.

Wonderful neighborhood and unblocked transportation. Facities are good but neither the elevator nor the carpet are clean. Don't try the breakfast.

The room seems a little old, so is the carpet. Restaurant is good. Service is more than satisfying, and staff are very patient and responsible. I have a good impression on it.
